Cauliflower cheese

Serves 4

1 large head of cauliflower
1 tsp mustard
300g cream cheese
4 tbsp cream
1 egg
1 cup cheese

Steam or boil cauliflower until stems are starting to soften. Mix together cream cheese, mustard egg and cream. Stir in cauliflower, season and top with cheese. Bake until golden and crisp on top.
